When it comes to achieving your organization’s strategic goals, keeping your teammates informed is essential. You could say that your internal stakeholders are one of your most important audiences.

How does your communications and department keep team members informed about projects, benefits, COVID-19, training and more? On March 4, our professional development meeting will center around the tools and resources that make your internal communications most effective. We will discuss:

  • Mobile app and intranet solution providers
  • Communications channels (emails, newsletters, podcasts, videos, etc.)
  • Connecting with remote workers
  • Employee engagement surveys
  • All-organization meetings
  • Educating employees about training and development opportunities
  • How you’re maintaining your company culture in times of COVID
  • Metrics and analytics

This will be an interactive discussion led by IABC/Topeka’s Valerie Williams (membership) and Emily Wilson (professional development).
